felt fine at the start but soon run out of steam the breeze & rain did not help but felt ploddy soon into the run. Still had a fair 1st split of 7:01 but had to work hard to the turn (10:48) now going into the rain lungs starting to ach & heart pounding could not keep the pace up but pushed the rest of the way home but lost time all the way
