Notes: Me and Lou had walked from Teddington to Surbiton via bushy park. My converse were digging into toes and I could feel potential blisters on the balls of my feet, but still I went for a run! (nutter). It was very hot and sunny. I started drinking breaks every 15minutes, then went to 10minutes after 45mins. I think I will avoid any coffee before a run as it tends to disagree with me later on. Also could've done with an icey cold Camelbak as even the coldest bottle will go warm if hand held. Slight ache on right ITB, but manageable.
