I pushed hard on these intervals. Nos. 3, 4, 5 felt kinda sloppy in places but I was really consistent. This was a fairly painful workout. I did too much warmup -- next time just do 2-3 miles wu. Not 5.2. DS Trainers felt much better on my right ankle then the Ohanas.
