Treadmill.
Started off about 6:30 and worked down to about 5:40 for the last mile. About half at 2.5% and othe half at 2%
Snow storm yesterday, and couldn't get a run in because of lots of reasons. Today and next 6 are extremely cold. I am going to try to run as much as I can outside. FML.
