Was -3 degrees without the windchill. Probably -15 with windchill. Very cold, but a hell of a lot of fun. Wore jill's new running pants with some tights. Craft base layer and some long underwear and a windbreaker. Beard was covered in ice when I finished. Just fun to get out there in this weather.
Left glute a little sore, not sure if i slipped but need to watch.
