I was quite tired this morning, but managed to get up and get something done. The late start led to a shorter ride though...

I would almost categorize this as a 'recovery ride'. I kept my cadence slower (avg. 83) and my HR under control.

It was awfully cold in the garage this morning, I can only imagine it was cold outside!
