Notes

ran on treadmill at the YMCA. Incline 1%. Felt OK, lost a lot of fitness over the last couple weeks. That would have been an easy run. Hip felt tight, still worried about it. Did some light lifting before hand. Pace was OK. Pretty much ruled out the Broad Street Run now.
