did Firecracker 5K in the morning. Whether was sunny and HOT. Some people say it was 90 degrees at the start. Course was out and back on West Chester Pike. Rolling hills, nothing considerable, but not a flat course either. Of course went out to fast but kept a consistent pace. slowed down through water stops. Overall Ok race. Not up to last years pace yet, but I think heat and hill slowed my time
