Run portion of half ironman
First lap felt good, was taking water and gu's and even hit the bathroom. Still rolled through on7:30 pace. Second lap I think I really started to get tired and I knew that I was well ahead of my 5:30 goal may have worked against me. At mile 9 I had to start walking a bit but still kept it together to finish well. 7:28 pace for first have, 8:16 pace for the second
