Comment: Bench mark run to try and see where we are at. Made very difficult by heat. Tried to run at around 160 bpm heart rate. This meant I started fast but soon slowed as my body could not thermoregulate at that exertion level. I think 5 degrees cooler I might have lasted a lot longer.
