Wow what a great illustration of my lack of where I am. How much work there is to do (if my body will allow). This is a nice data point, the way that second lap got a bit slower, yet the average heart rate went up by three beats. When I am really fit, it will need to sit there, unmoving. And at this pace it will need to be closer to 150. Well, that's how I used to be :-(
