Not a bad run. Felt pretty hard in the latter stages but maintained pace. Was completely drenched with sweat by half-way, then very fine drizzly rain through the rest of the run.
Good course. Up to the post office, across to Nakahara Kaido, down to Tamagawa (40 min) then across the river and up river to Futakotamagawa. Then back across the river and around the back of the station and back home along Komazawa Dori.
