Ran easily to the park, then upped the pace to around marathon pace. Left leg was feeling alright. Not perfect, but not too bad. Interesting that I fairly easily slipped into the 4:10 to 4:15 pace, and it didn't exactly feel like hard work, but my heart rate went into the upper150s, then 160. Certainly that pace was not sustainable for a full marathon, but perhaps 4:20 will be.
