Notes

Very good run. Had to push myself early to get the heart rate up to target (149-153) after hitting the park (at 4.33 km). Took until the 4th km (2nd lap, uphill) to actually get it to 150 or so and keep it there. Pace wasn't exceptionally fast, but there is a sense of getting there. And the best thing is, no injuries apart from a bit of lower back stiffness later in the run. Touch wood.
