Hydration 300ml 30-40min before, 300ml pre (cherry juice and water 50/50 pich salt). Carried 500ml with 1 nuun tablet., drink ever 2.5k 2 mouth full, left 300ml finished during stretches
Run plan. Warm up 1k, functional warm up, then push on for 2k and easy for 1k.
