Regina Wascana Lake run for 5K. IK WU then 4K with no rests but two ten and ones. Pace on the 4K was 7:50 with a slight negative split, 11:53/11:49. Great run in a beautiful setting. Beginning to feel some slight cramping on lower left camp. Oh No!
