Saskatoon river run after missing my plane. Hot night but I ran straight through with no rests just 2 ten and ones. But slow 8:01 pace time. Negative split with even ten and ones 20:13/19:48 with a pace of 7:51 on the back end split. Lap times -8:13/ 7:55/8:01/7:31/8:11
