Taking it easy for my last run this trip. Will play golf in 4 hours, so I don't want to be wasted. With that up hill return another positive split 18:57/19:23. Pace on the first part was 7:35. Only two of the five laps cam in under 7:00
No rests or walks, some truss problems did cause me to stop for s bit to adjust
