I WALKED a half marathon. I registered in January and knew that I couldn't run it but I decided to walk it. I wanted to be last but in the end I got competitive and was happy NOT to have come in last although I did come in last in my age category. Got rained on and I mean rained on... a total downpour. But loved it. Wine tasting tables, beautiful route and scenery, a fabulous day overall.
