rpe7. left achilles has been sore since monday. It feels like a strain more so than simple soreness associated with trng.....I will most likely take my optional 30min run friday off. worked abs and stretched before running. I usually do not stretch beforehand, but since I have been a bit sore since Monday I thought it necessary. I havent been sore In a long time.
easy run. Overall avg HR 136 MAX HR not correct...I am guessing on distance. Although rather close. 1 st mile ~7:50 HR data not correct avg HR 131. last mile ~7:20 avg HR 138 max hr 142
