rpe 7-7+. Easy swim. warm up 700 swim plus 5x100 w/fins 50 kick 50 drill. 5x100 pull on 1:40 I finsihed off with 2x150 on 2:25( did not hit the intrvl) I began to feel empty. Or Hungry! Not fatigued just hungry! So I left early. But still got a nice swim in on what was an optional swim anyway,,,Positive experience...
Rode bike to lake and back to record the distances I have ran this week.
