rpe 8-8+. Took about 25 mins into the 50min set before I felt warmed up...I just felt flat! Executed the 50mins at 80% (145) almost perfectly. I did avg HR 145. However I had one spike above 152. My range for the 50mins was HR 141-152. Just tired.
