RPE 8. wu 400, 8x50(50 kick 50 drill)
main set 100,200,300,300,200,100 100,200,300,200,100 (all on 1:50) Felt easy early on and by the middle to end I was barely hitting the interval...Not sure if I was simply not following the interval correctly since I was leading my lane(which I do not like to do bc I have to think about my technique and ensure I hit the correct interval) or if I really was having a difficult time hitting the interval... cd 100
