RPE 8+ 9. Ran the 8x1min with 1 min recovery in a controlled effort. FAILED TO RUN THE LAST 1MIN AFTER THE 8TH INTERVAL. bUT DID WALK IT IN FROM THAT POINT ABOUT .25 MILE. needed the 20 min warm up beforehand. Felt fatigued early on. Felt much better afterwards. Worked on not bouncing. Worked on gliding and controlled efforts. Higher knees w/o actaully doing High knee drills. Just worked on efficiency during the intensity.
