rpe7-9. Warm up 500 swim. 12x50 swim(suppose to be dolphin kick sets. I swam easy instead). Worked on form.
mains set :6x200 pull rpe 9. Very difficult for me to keep up.,
100 easy
12x50 swim. 1st 4 on 60 secs. 2nd 4 on 50 secs. 3rd 50 on 40 secs. Everyone had to use fins to make 4x50 on 40 secs.
