rpe 8-8+. Very good swim. Felt good. 600 warm up, main set 400pull (all pull's on 100's on 1:40) 100 swim(all swim on 2mins) 300 pull 100 swim, 200 pull 100 swim, 100 pull 100 swim. 8x50 (25 kick 25 drill) 8x50 = 2(50) on :55, 1x50 on 1:15, 2x50 on :55, 1x50 on 1:15, 2x50 on :45. Just felt strong all swim.
