rpe 7. Easy ride. Really easy..avg HR 116 max HR data no correct. avg mph 18.1.. max 34.2 mph. avg cadence 83 max cadence data not correct. Just took it easy today. I did pick up the effort on the access road back in. It was like I have this light bulb inside. And as I get into this race mode and begin to generator more power the light bulb begins to flicker. And when I am in full race mode the light bulb is continuously glowing bright. And on the access road back today that light bulb began to flicker a bit...Good ride. I feel good.
