rpe7-9. Another good swim. I am feeling fast in the H20. warm up 500 swim. 8x50 swim on 60 secs(I was finishing these on 45secs). =400m. pull 4x150 on 2:40. Had lots of rest in between these 150's. =600m

300 swim on 3:30(thats a 1:30 pace on a meter pool not yard pool. Although I did not do 1:30 pae I did 1:33 pace over the 300m). I felt really good about that over 300m. followed by 200 swim on a 1:45 pace. Took small break and did another 300swim hard . Goal was faster than last 300m. I ended up about 1 or 2 secs slower. Still about a 1:33 pace. 200 swim at 1:45 pace. Felt good. =1000m

50,100,150,200=500swim all on a 1:40 pace. That was difficult. after working hard early on but was able to hit all interval but only had about 5 secs rest between. Good final set. 200 cooldown.
