BRICK RPE 9+. First mile was a transition. I felt like I was running RPE 8-9 but not move as fast. Mile 2 settle in at a RPE 9+. After mile 3, It would have been interesting to see how the next mile data would have looked. I ran controlled, but hard. My mind could have convinced myself to run harder, But my body would have reminded me that I can not run as hard as my mind thinks. This is why I call this a controlled but hard effort. Calves feel ok. I little tight. Hopefully I will have no pain tomorrow at long run so that I can begin tempo.interval run next week.
