RPE 6. Wanted to ride a little harder. At a HR of around 130-135. But all in all still a great ride. 508 calories consumed, 2.5 bottles of water. I felt fine. But did not consume as much nutrition or water as I feel I should. Having to manaully input data. Tryed multi-sport option on Garmin and accidentally hit lap button which starts the run portion. My bike computer also did not save all data bc of a 5+ min stop at a gas station. The data above is very close. Felt like I could have ridden another hr or so. Awesome day.
