rpe7-8. 5x500. 1st 500 felt difficult 9:00. 65 sec rest 2nd :7:59(must have gone 50 short). 2nd lap felt much more relaxed. 99 sec rest 3rd 500:8:45 93 sec rest 4th 500 8:44 72 sec rest 5th 500 8:51. Although times were very slow, I used todays swim to stretch it out and not worry about my 500 times. Every swim can not be hard. LAst night effort was a quality w/o.
