rpe7-8. Harder effort than I wanted to ride. The bumpy ass roads beat me up more than anything. It was warm today. I believe I most likely need to get accustom to this type of day. With the humid, I would expect this day to be close to race day conditions. Only difference we will not have this much climbing.
