rpe6-7. Ran treadmill. Still under the weather from a cold. The left achilles and claf are still tight. I recall as I was making my comeback from my pseudo stress fx(or whatever it was) that I bagan running before it felt 100% better. But I took it so easy that I was able to get over that injury after 18mnths of no racing. So I applied the same thinking here..I will run twice this week for 30mins or so and next week based on how I feel I might 2 or 3 times for 30 or so minutes.

Afterwards worked abs and atrecthed for 15mins..Also strecthed before and after my run.
