RPE7. As I run in the dark, I find my foot strike to the shorter to ensure I land safely. As it becomes lighter my foot strike resumes its usually 90+. Another easy run. 6 strides 30 secs on 30 secs off. The strides were strong but controlled efforts. I certinly could have ran them faster...But faster is not better. Nice a.m. for a run. Calves felt slightly tight. Stretched before and after. They are feeling better than they have since the tightness began...
