rpe 7-8+. warm up 500 swim plus 400pull, 300 kick(25kick 25 drill), 200 pull, 100 swim. total warm up 1500m. main set 8x100 on 1:40. 6x100 on 1:35(only able to get in 500m). I was able to maintain good form...Did not force the set. 4x100 on 1:30. Had to use fins to make the interval. Smart to use fins and work on form to glide on the water instead of forcing an interval that would have destroyed my form...So instead of forcng an interval that I would not have been able to do, i used it that interval to work on form. Positive swim...
