rpe7-7+. Easy run. 17mins warm up followed by 44-45mins at 80% max(145). This is at or below my easy run effort. So I pushed it to about 81-82%, just so it would not feel like my typical easy run effort. Very comfortable effort. Checked cadence once or twice...As always in the appropriate area for me..90-92. The 44-45 min effort at 81-82% of max was a 7:03 pace. I tryed to push it a bit to get a sub 7 min mile split but each time my HR would elevate to 150-152. Although I felt I could have easily gone sub 7 and stayed there for the entire 60mins, I stayed in the prescribed HR zone...Still tired. unmotivated!
