felt better today. I felt I tryed to suck belly button in and lean forward on my chest more to help decrease drag. That may be why my back has been bothering me this week after each swim. After the first experiment with the above changes my back felt great,

warm up 50 easy swim

6x100 kick. Although i did about half kick with fins and half kick. Need to remember that I have strain my quads kicking. So be careful with kicking..

main set:

6x150 pull on 2:40

12x50 on 1:05 I lead this set.
