Good effort. Wanted to ride moderate but not hard. Did a good job of executing goals. The hills I spiked. But I ws ok with that. Above HR are not accurate. Never pushed anything close to 170. And never hit 165 HR. I wanted to add a bit of distance to my long rides. The holiday ride is going to be a perfect distance. My goal is to have at least 120 miles per week. And by doing a holiday loop and doin git at the effort I did today(moderate and steady) I will be a better cyclist by US Open Olympic in one month.
The HR graph will show the two inaccurate spikes early on.
