First bike ride in a couple of weeks. First since "overdoing" it the last time. Took it a bit easier this time and decided to"spin" more. Felt much better when getting home. Need a couple of rides this week and probably a 45 miler this coming weekend if I can get it in. MS150 2 weeks from today.
Looking forward to shaking my legs out tommorrow morning with probably an "easy" 3 miler. If legs still feel okay by middle of the week, I will probably start pushing tempo just a bit on a run or two during the week.
