Second day of shorter, easy runs. Per advice from many, short warm up walk and cool down walk. Light easy stretching after getting back. This morning was 4 miles, vs yesterdays 3. Tommorrow is a bike day. Mileage is unknown for right now. Depends on how legs feel.
