Ran 3 miles at "tempo" pace, actually it was a 1 mile warm up at 8:44 and then 1 mile at 7:20 and the last mile at 7:14. I have to ease back into these type runs. Felt great, could have probably done 3-4 at that pace, but my legs are doing so well, that I hate to mess things up. I will keep building my base and easing back into my old routine.
