Ran from church to lift station via levy this evening. 2 days off because of weather. Massage on legs yesterday. Hammies much better. Took it real easy tonight. That makes a week of short, easy, relaxed runs and some good stretching.
Tommorrow morning I would really like to up the tempo just little for 3-4 miles, or at least add some strides in as this is getting borning.
Anyway, good to be able at least run at all.
