Notes
Ran 4 miles this morning, with only 2.5 actually being at close to my tempo pace. 1 mile warm up and 1/2 mile cool down. Felt really good to let go of the reins so to speak, and run a little paster than I have been. Hamstring felt pretty good after short walk and some stretching.
Total mileage for the run was actually 4.5 miles. Not used to posting this log yet.
