Notes

Schedule: easy 7 with 6x100 strides

Wore some old shoes (way past their maximum mileage) but put some extra insoles from an old pair of shoes that MUST be retired. The shoes I used today are still good for SHORT EASY runs and weights . . . 8 miles was a little too much for these shoes.

Took it easy today. Did 6, did about 25 min of weights, then finished with 2. Felt good. Once again forgot to do the strides.

Really need to get rid of some of this un-needed fat around the mid section . . . can't seem to shake it since pregnancy. Grrr. Maybe I'm just one of those people who never lose that baby belly.
