This run was harder than it should have been. I'm sure that not running much over the past few weeks hasn't helped. I was breathing way too hard for this pace. Hills felt really taxing. The first 3 miles felt good, but things kind of went downhill after that. The Garmin was dead so I manually split this on the old Timex. It felt weird to keep manual track of splits like I used to. The Garmin has made me lazy/dependent.
