Notes
This run was muuuuuch better than the day before! No rain, no wind and no sun. It was humid, but not enough to slow me down too too much.
I couldn't believe I actually got my 15 miles in this week! I am so happy, it was quite an accomplishment for me to finally stick to my training plan. It took a lot of will power to get myself out after 9 hours of work 2 days in a row. But if I can do it on my weekend, and in the rain, then I'll be running home from work a lot more often now!
