Notes
Went for a run with Kevin. He was running too fast for my pace, but I tried to keep up most of the way anyways. I did alright, although I was beat near the end of it. It was muggy out. We were shooting for 3, then 4, then 2, then 3 again. haha. Poor Kevin gets leg cramps every time and this time, his back was hurting.
Anyways, it was alright overall. Just ran too fast and stop & go. Not a normal run for me, but nice to switch it up.
