WOW! Awesome run!!!! Had only a bowl of Honey Cherrios beforehand, about 8 hours of sleep after a long night (up till 3 am). Surprisingly ended up being an excellent run. I felt great the whole way. I think partly due to my cough/respiratory cold or whatever it was I had is finally gone and I haven't been coughing for a couple days now.
Knees WERE hurting...kind of worrying me. I'm just afraid of hurting my body. If I had medical insurance I'd see a doctor before my training gets too much more intense...but I don't have that luxury in life right now, so I'm just going to keep taking it easy and be super aware of how my body feels from week to week....
