Whew. Felt this run big time. It was HOT and WINDY. First run above 70 degrees in a longgg time and boy, did it make a difference! It wasn't horrible but I was getting tired fast. I needed to stop and take pacing breaks 3 times (during which I paused my Garmin and didn't advance, just paced back and forth). Drank an entire Gatorade by the end of the run. Had 2 slices of my toast about 15 minutes before and had no problems.
