After work run. Was supposed to do this run both Saturday AND Sunday....but Kevin's brothers were kind enough to pick me up after work Saturday, and I couldn't pass up a ride home!
The run was nothing out of the ordinary, nothing really stands out about it, except I was going pretty damn FAST! Whoosh! Under 9 minute pace! WOWZERS.
